Meet Our Producer of Marketing Spencer Cohen!
I am Spencer Cohen and I am the Producer of Marketing & Distribution.
While I never had an imaginary friend, in college I did play an imaginary sport!
I always thought I would play baseball in college and even get into the MLB. I had some lofty dreams! Every day I was outside throwing the ball through a small target in backyard. Tee-ing the ball up and swinging endlessly. Early on in high school that dream began to fade and transform into my love and passion for filmmaking.
However, my sophomore year in college I realized that I was missing the competition and the camaraderie that comes from baseball. That's when I was introduced to the magical world of Quidditch! Various colleges around the country had started playing a muggle version of the game from Harry Potter. I was skeptical at first but once I started hanging around the team I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. I played for a couple years for the University of Miami Quidditch team and even helped them get to World Cup a couple of times!
Today I get that same team energy from those I create films with. Especially here on the Extraordinary World of Cecily Blinkstop!
